Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before initiating a refund request with Developer Hawk IT Solution PVT. LTD., an IT company specializing in web designing, web application and mobile Apps services. By availing our services and requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to the following refund policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1. Refunds will be granted only for the web design, web application and mobile Apps servicesprovided by Developer Hawk IT solution Pvt. Ltd. Company.
1.2. Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of service delivery or completion.
2. Refund Process:
2.1. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team via Support@developerhawk.com
2.2. Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund and any relevant supporting documentation.
2.3. Developer Hawk reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
3.1. Domain registration fees, hosting fees, or any third-party expenses incurred during the web design process are non-refundable.
3.2. Any additional services not directly related to web design, such as content writing or marketing, are non-refundable.
4. Grounds for Refund:
4.1. Developer Hawk will provide a refund if:
– The web design services were not delivered as agreed upon or within the specified timeframe.
– Major functionality or features promised in the service agreement were not implemented.
– The company is unable to resolve significant technical issues or bugs within a reasonable time frame.
5. Refund Amount:
5.1. Refunds will be granted based on the proportion of work completed. If the project is near completion, a partial refund may be offered.
5.2. The refund amount will exclude any non-refundable fees and third-party expenses incurred during the web design process.
6. Payment Refund Method:
6.1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
6.2. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to process refunds within 7 business days of approval.
7. Termination of Services:
7.1. If a refund is approved, Developer Hawk reserves the right to terminate any ongoing services related to the web design, web application and mobile Apps project.
7.2. Upon termination, the client will be granted a non-exclusive license to use any completed work, excluding any proprietary or third-party elements.
8. Amendments to the Refund Policy:
8.1. Developer Hawk reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The revised refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
